The following bulk deals took place on both exchanges on May 27.

InterGlobe Aviation
Promoters offloaded 5.8 percent shares in the aviation major on May 27. Promoter entity The Chinkerpoo Family Trust sold 51.6 lakh shares (1.34 percent) of InterGlobe Aviation Ltd (IndiGo) at Rs 5,231.11 per share, followed by additional sales of 73.65 lakh shares (3.8 percent) each at Rs 5,235.31 and Rs 5,230.99 per share. Co-founder Rakesh Gangwal also offloaded 22.1 lakh shares (0.57 percent) at Rs 5,231.28 per share.

InterGlobe Aviation operates IndiGo which is India’s largest airline by market share.

PG Electroplast

The Government of Singapore acquired 38.19 lakh shares of PG Electroplast Ltd at a price of Rs 754.80 per share. Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company Limited also purchased 15.90 lakh shares at the same price. The sellers were promoters who offloaded a total of 5.26 percent equity stake (around 1.26 percent each). Vikas Gupta offloaded 50 lakh shares at Rs 754.86 per share, Anurag Gupta sold an equal number of shares at Rs 754.83 per share, and Vishal Gupta sold another 50 lakh shares at Rs 755.73 per share. As of March 2025, the total promoter holding stood at around 49 percent.

PG Electroplast is an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, specializing in Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) and Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) for consumer electronics such as televisions, air conditioners, and lighting products.

Suraksha Diagnostic

BNP Paribas Financial Markets bought 2.96 lakh shares (0.57 percent) of Suraksha Diagnostic at Rs 338 per share. The seller was Integrated Core Strategies (Asia) Pte. Ltd.

Suraksha Diagnostic is a Kolkata-based diagnostic chain that operates a network of centers across Eastern India, offering comprehensive pathology and radiology services.

Borana Weaves
Kshitij Portfolio Pvt Ltd bought 2 lakh shares of Borana Weaves Ltd at Rs 243 per share. Pine Oak Global Fund also acquired 1.41 lakh shares at the same price.

Borana Weaves is engaged in the manufacturing of woven fabrics and textile products, catering primarily to domestic demand. The stock was listed on May 27.
