Bulk deals: HDFC Mutual Fund buys 0.63% stake in Bajaj Electricals

HDFC Mutual Fund bought a 0.63 percent stake in Bajaj Electricals via a bulk deal on June 3. HFDC Mutual Fund bought around 7.3 lakh shares in Bajaj Electricals at an average price of Rs 930 per share. HDFC Mutual Fund had a 5.9 percent stake in Bajaj Electricals as of March 31.

Norges Bank, on account of the Government Pension Fund Global, sold a 0.64 percent stake in Bajaj Electricals. It sold around 7.3 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 929.97 per share.

Bajaj Electricals shares closed flat at Rs 922.1 on the National Stock Exchange.

Bajaj Electricals is a consumer appliances and lighting solutions company.

Spiracca Ventures LLP sold a 0.17 percent stake in Solara Active Pharma. It sold around 63,000 shares in Solara Active Pharma at an average price of Rs 28.02 per share.
