The Royal Bank of Scotland PLC as trustee of Jupiter India bought a 1.04 percent stake or 4.9 lakh shares in Car Trade Tech for an average price of Rs 829.06 via a bulk deal on June 24.

CLSA Global Markets PTE Ltd - ODI bought 2.5 lakh shares or a 0.52 percent stake in Car Trade Tech for an average price of Rs 828.

Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company bought a 1 percent stake or 4.8 lakh shares in Car Trade Tech for an average price of Rs 828.

HSBC Global Investment Funds Asia Ex Japan Equity Smaller bought a 0.92 percent stake or 4.3 lakh shares in the auto classifieds marketplace for an average price of Rs 828.e4.

Societe Generale bought a 1.26 percent stake or 5.9 lakh shares in in Car Trade Tech for an average price of Rs 828.

Verition Multi-Strategy Master Fund Ltd bought a 1.07 percent in in Car Trade Tech or 5 lakh shares for an average price of Rs 828.

Goldman Sachs Funds Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio bought a 1.32 percent in in Car Trade Tech or 6.2 lakh shares for an average price of Rs 828.

On the sellers side, Highdell Investment Ltd sold a 8.6 percent stake in in Car Trade Tech or 4 crore shares for an average price of Rs 828.58. As of March 30,  Highdell Investment had a 17.36 percent stake in Care Trade Tech.

CMDB II sold a 0.76 percent stake in in Car Trade Tech or 3.6 lakh shares for an average price of Rs 830.27. As of March 30, CMDB II had a 6.37 percent stake in Care Trade Tech.

Macritchie Investments PTE Ltd sold a 4.3 percent stake in the company or 2 crore shares for an average price of Rs 828. As of March 30, it had a 16.31 percent stake in the company.

Meanwhile, the Royal Bank of Scotland PLC as Trustee of Jupiter India Fund sold a 0.77 percent stake or 39,000 shares in MilkFoods for an average price of Rs 804.15 per share. Jupiter Indi Fund had a 6.15 percent stake in MilkFoods as of March 30.

Anutham Realty Private Limited bought a 4.6 percent stake in Piramal Enterprises for an average price of Rs 869.45 per share. While The Srikrishna Trust sold a 4.6 percent stake in the company for an average price of Rs 869.45 per share.
