BSE's chief information security officer, chief of special projects submit resignations

Shivkumar Pandey, a key member of BSE's management team, has chosen to resign to pursue another career opportunity. His resignation will take effect at the close of business hours on December 4, 2023.

The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) announced on September 26 that Shivkumar Pandey, the chief information security officer, and Nayan Mehta, the chief of special projects, have tendered their resignations.

Shivkumar Pandey, a key member of BSE's management team, has chosen to resign to pursue another career opportunity. His resignation will take effect at the close of business hours on December 4, 2023.

Nayan Mehta, another prominent figure in BSE's leadership, cited personal and health reasons for his resignation. His departure from the company will be effective from close of business hours on October 12, 2023.

The exchange will now initiate the process of identifying suitable replacements for these key management positions.
