Aarti Industries has announced the allotment of 40,551 equity shares under its Limited Performance Stock Option Plan 2022, according to a regulatory filing on September 2, 2025. The shares are valued at ₹5 each.
This allotment increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from ₹1,81,27,66,590 to ₹1,81,29,69,345. This change reflects an increase from 36,25,53,318 equity shares to 36,25,93,869 equity shares, each valued at ₹5.
The company informed that these newly allotted equity shares rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company.
The allotment was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
