Silver prices today: Updates on silver rates in India

Silver prices plunged in major metros of India on Friday. On MCX also the prices of silver slipped more than 1 percent.

At 14:45 hrs MCX Silver July contract was trading at Rs 39808 down Rs 676, or 1.67 percent.

The Silver rate touched an intraday high of Rs 40186 and an intraday low of Rs 39750. So far 134 contracts have been traded. Silver prices have moved down Rs 25202, or 38.77 percent in the July series so far.

Mumbai

Spot silver 999 prices slipped by Rs 1925 at Rs 40800 per one kilogram.

Ahmedabad

Spot silver 999 prices were down by Rs 700 at Rs 40400 per one kilogram.

Chennai

Spot silver 999 prices fell by Rs 700 at Rs 40500 per one kilogram.

Delhi

Spot silver 999 prices declined by Rs 800 at Rs 40600 per one kilogram.

Jaipur

Spot silver 999 prices shed by Rs 800 at Rs 40500 per one kilogram.
