The shares of Voler Car debuted on the NSE SME platform at Rs 90 apiece on February 19. This marks no premium over its IPO price of Rs 90 apiece.
This is lower than the grey market estimate. Ahead of listing, the unlisted shares of the company were trading with a grey market premium (GMP) of 5.56 percent at Rs 95, as per data on Investorgain.
After opening, the stock rose marginally to hit an intraday high of Rs 92.90. However, the stock fell sharply following that, dropping nearly 5 percent to trade at Rs 85.50.
The company, that provides home-to-office transportation for employees of large MNCs and corporate offices, entered capital markets on February 12 to raise Rs 27 crore via initial public offering. The price band for the offer was set at Rs 85-90 per share.
Voler Car's initial share sale was subscribed 12.38 times between February 12 and February 14. Investors had applied for 2.68 crore equity shares against the offer size of 21.66 lakh shares via 9,052 applications, the subscription data published on the NSE showed.

Voler Car, which is valued at a little more than Rs 100 crore, intends to utilise IPO proceeds for its working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes. The stock currently has a market capitalisation of Rs 99.18 crore, as per data on NSE.
