Silverpoint Infratech a West Bengal-based company is going to list its 1.97 cr equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on Wednesday (August 28) on the BSE SME platform, which was opened for subscription between August 12-14, 2013.

    A public issue of 1,97,89,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Silverpoint Infratech is going to list on the SME Platform of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday August 28, 2013.


    The company is currently engaged in the providing land development, construction services and other related services for civil & structural construction and infrastructure sector projects.


    The issue was opened on for subscription on August 12 and closed on August 14, 2013.


    The objects of the offer are to achieve the benefits of listing the equity shares on the stock exchanges and to carry out the sale of 80,00,000 equity shares by the selling shareholders.


    Inventure Merchant Banker Services Private Limited is the book running lead manager and Bigshare Services Private Limited is the registar to the offer.
