The Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana which provides free gas connections to the poorest of poor is on track to meet its targets on paper. The plan was to provide 50 million free gas connections by 2019. Over 30 million connections have already been provided so far. However, beyond the numbers, CNBC-TV18's Anshu Sharma traveled to check the ground reality.
