La Opala Q2 PAT seen up 63.1% to Rs 17.8 cr: Centrum

    Centrum has come out with its second quarter (July-September) earnings estimates for the Consumer sector. The brokerage house expects La Opala to report net profit at Rs 17.8 crore, up 63.1 percent quarter-on-quarter.

    Net Sales are expected to increase by 39.1 percent Q-o-Q (up 13 percent Y-o-Y) to Rs 71.1 crore, according to Centrum.

    Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) are likely to rise by 52.1 percent Q-o-Q (up 23.9 percent Y-o-Y) to Rs 27.5 crore.
    Centrum's report on La OpalaWe expect sales to grow by 13%, led by volume growth of 23-25%. The company has taken price cuts which would impact revenue growth.Operating profit will expand by 24% to Rs 275mn.
