Kajaria Ceramics Q3 profit may jump 29% on strong EBITDA growth

    Kajaria Ceramics' third quarter profit is likely to increase 28.5 percent year-on-year to Rs 58.6 crore and revenue may jump 13.2 percent to Rs 630 crore, according to average of estimates of analysts polled by CNBC-TV18.

    Operating profit (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) in Q3 is seen rising 34.2 percent to Rs 114.4 crore and margin may expand 250 basis points to 18.2 percent compared to year-ago period due to lower gas prices & product mix.

    Analysts say full benefit of Petronet LNG-RasGas deal may be visible in H1CY16 and anti-dumping duty from Chinese imports may aid growth in future quarters.

    Factors to watch out for would be volume growth and capacity utilisation.
