Well-known investor Dolly Khanna, who runs a portfolio worth nearly Rs 500 crore, has added five new stocks - Supar Sales India, Selan Exploration Tech, Emkay Global Financial, Nile and Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure - to her portfolio in the June quarter as per shareholding data, spending around Rs 68 crore.
The shareholding pattern for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 reveals that Khanna purchased a 1.06 percent stake in Super Sales India. Based on the average stock price for the June quarter, it would have cost her approximately Rs 5.05 lakh.
In Selan Exploration Technology, Dolly Khanna acquired a 1.56 percent stake which amounts to Rs 17.29 crore. In Emkay Global Financial Services, Khanna bought a 1.63 percent stake, spending around Rs 6.62 crore.
She also invested in Nile Ltd, securing a 1.1 percent stake, worth approximately Rs 4.36 crore. Lastly, in Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure, she bought a 1.03 percent stake, investing around Rs 34.76 crore.
Khanna also made adjustments to her existing portfolio by increasing her stake in nine companies, reducing holdings in three, and keeping her position unchanged in three others. Additionally, National Oxygen has not yet published its most recent shareholding pattern data.
Meanwhile, Khanna's name is missing from the public shareholders’ list for Pondy Oxides & Chemicals, Salzer Electronics, Control Print, Selan Exploration Technology, and KCP Sugar and Industries Corp, according to the latest shareholding data.
It is unclear whether this indicates that the ace investor has divested her entire stake in these companies or if her stake has fallen below the one percent threshold. Publicly-listed companies disclose the names of only those shareholders who hold more than one percent of the company's shares.
As on March 31 2024, Dolly Khanna held stakes in 19 companies, with a total value of Rs 490 crore, according to the average stock prices of the companies for that period.
