Motilal Oswal Financial Services has declared its fourth FY11 results. The company's Q4FY11 total revenues were down 24% at Rs 1260 crore.

Its EBIDTA was down 43% at 43.6 crore.

Its PAT was down 52% at Rs 24.3 crore.
