SIS depends on organic development of its businesses for growth numbers, says MD

In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Rituraj Sinha, MD of Security & Intelligence Services India (SIS) spoke about the latest happenings in the company and gave his outlook for the future.

SIS is a market leader in security services, facility management services and cash logistic segment, said Sinha.

We reported solid result in the first half of FY18. Our revenue was up 34.5 percent and we closed around Rs 2,700 crore, he added.

Talking about growth, he said SIS primarily depends on the organic development of its businesses for growth numbers.

He further said that we have acquired three companies in the last 12 month cycle, so acquisitions are very much a part of our strategy to supplement our market position in different segment and also to penetrate new geographies.
