Phoenix Mills is on an expansion spree. The company has been picking up stake in a couple of its own joint ventures and properties. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Shishir Shrivastava, Joint MD of Phoenix Mills spoke at length about the same.
We have spent about Rs 1350 crore over the last four years in acquisition of stake across our own projects, said Shrivastava.
Bought stake in our assets for organic growth, he added.
He is seeing significant turnaround in Phoenix Market City, Kurla.
Trading density at Phoenix Market City, Kurla is at Rs 1,000 per square foot, he mentioned.
