Tata Investment Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 27, 2011, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter / nine months period ended December 31, 2010 and payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2011.
