Property prices in Hyderabad languish

Property prices in Hyderabad remain subdued as there is no clarity on the proposal for statehood for Telangana, The Financial Express reported.
The city is still in a wait-and-watch period, waiting for the Telangana Bill to be introduced in Parliament, and the few companies that had entered into real estate agreements are going slow on deals, the report added. It quoted K Ajit Kumar, Senior VP, BSCPL Infrastructure, as saying land prices in Hyderabad are down 20% since Match 2009.Source: The Financial Express Discover the latest Business News, Sensex, and Nifty updates.
