CCI clears proposals for Rel Comm asset sale to Reliance Jio: Sources

As per sources the proposal of Reliance Communication asset sale to Reliance Jio has been cleared by the Competition Commission of India (CCI). This includes the Rel Com towers, India Fiber, spectrum holdings as well as the telecom infrastructure. The total payout to Reliance Communication will be at Rs 18,000 crore.
