Karnataka government has delivered a New Year gift to Bangaloreans by approving the second phase of B'lore Metro Rail. But the ease of using Metro will come at a price for the city-dwellers as they may have to pay additional infrastructure cess, reports CNBC-TV18’s Vineetha Athrey.
