Vishwamitra Financial Services in its meeting held on March 02, 2015 has considered and approved the board confirmed the resignation of Ms. Neha Singh, the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. March 03, 2015. The Board confirmed the resignation of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pandit which will effect from March 10, 2015.
