Turbotech Engineering has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 24, 2014, has considered the following:- To Appoint Mr. Vineet Deorari and Mr. Manish Uniyal as additional Director and to accept resignation of Mr. Rakesh Vekariya from the board of Director of the Company.
