Titan Company appoints K. Gnanadesikan as director

Titan Company has informed that K. Gnanadesikan, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary / Chairman and Managing Director, Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited (TIDCO) has been nominated by TIDCO as a Director on the Board of the Company. Mr. K. Gnanadesikan will hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
