Sudar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following business:1. To take on record the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results for the third quarter ended and nine months ended December 31, 2015.2. To adopt and execute Uniform Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchange/s.Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the abovementioned purpose from February 04, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days inclusive).Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.Source : BSE
