Polson Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016 and Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the period ended September 30, 2016.Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for the Designated Employees / Connected Persons / Insiders as defined in the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Insider Trading Policy of the Company (the "Policy") shall remain closed from starting of trading hours of November 08, 2016 to closing of trading hours on November 16, 2016.Source : BSE
