As per regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulation, 2015, this is to inform you that meeting of Board of Directors of the
Company will be held on Monday the 13th November, 2017 to take on record the
unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2017.
As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading
window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors /
officers / designated employees of the Company from October 31, 2017 to November
15, 2017 (both days inclusive).Source : BSE
