LGB Forge at its meeting held on January 30, 2014, inter alia, has approved Mr. K. Karthik erstwhile been COO inducted in the Board and appointed as Wholetime Director of the Company with effect from January 30, 2014 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing General Meeting.
