India Infoline Finance has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 25, 2017, inter-alia, to consider fund raising by way of issue of Non-convertible Debentures on private placement basis, in one or more tranches, up to the tune of Rs. 8000 Crores in the F.Y. 2017-18.
