      Ecoboard Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, has:1. Approved the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Directors Report along with its Annexure for the financial year 2014-15.2. Fixed the Date and the venue at Hotel Shangrila Gardens, Off Karve Road, Near Nal Stop, Pune - 411 005 for Annual General Meeting on September 26, 2015 at 11.00 a.m.Further, the Company has informed that the Company has completed the work of upgrading material preparation section of board line and has re-started production of particle boards of 13.5'x6' size with effective utilization of Raw Material and working satisfactory.Source : BSE
