Diamond Infosystems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2016, inter alia, to discuss/approve following agendas:1. Issue of Bonus Shares to the existing Equity Shareholders of the Company.2. Split of Fully paid up Equity Share of Rs. 10 to the smaller denomination.Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as per Security Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company's Shares will remain closed for the all the designated employees including the Directors of the Company from August 01, 2016 to August 11, 2016 (Both days inclusive).Source : BSE
