Bharti Airtel Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Mukesh Bhavnani, Group General Counsel & Company Secretary has resigned from the Company to pursue an assignment outside of the Company. The Board had noted his resignation which will be effective close of the business hours on March 31, 2015.Mr. Rajendra Chopra, Dy. Company Secretary shall act as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from April 01, 2015.Source : BSE
