Amtek India allots 7.58 lakh equity shares upon conversion of FCCB's of USD 1.40 mn

The allotment committee of board of directors of Amtek India at their meeting held on Jan 2, 2013 have allotted 758, 953 equity shares at Rs 103.005 per share upon conversion of FCCB’s of USD 1.40 million out of the FCCB’s issue of USD 70 million.
