Koutons Retail has informed that a winding-up order was passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and Official Liquidator was appointed. The Company moved an application to High Court for stay of proceedings by the Official Liquidator. The High Court accepted the application with certain conditions and next date of hearing is January 06, 2013.
