JBF Industries has informed that Mr. Bhagirath C. Arya, Promoter Chairman of the Company has transferred 39,06,304 equity shares from his owned Pvt. Ltd. Company M/s. Vaidic Resources Pvt. Ltd., to his name on February 20, 2013, under off market transaction.
