Ingredients
Tequila Reposado (Coconut Oil washed)45 ml
Green juice shrub30 ml
Lillet Blanc15 ml
Green juice leatherUsed as garnish
Method: Thrown
  • In a mixing tin, add coconut oil washed tequila reposado, green juice shrub and Lillet Blanc.
  • Throw the drink 3-4 times on ice, which will give the drink a silky and airy texture. With a proper amount of dilution.
  • Add 3-4 cubes of ice in the glass and serve. Place the garnish on top of the rim.
Glassware: Coloured Coupe

Garnish: Green juice leather

Tip: Have a bite of the leather & then sip the drink.

Tequila reposado45ml
Chamomile tea15ml
Cardamon pods2pcs
Thyme and Peppermint syrup15ml
Lime juice30 ml
Method:
  • Brew chamomile tea and let it cool before use. Prepare thyme and peppermint syrup.
  • Infuse fresh thyme and peppermint leaves in simple syrup, cool and strain to make syrup.
  • Lightly crush the cardamom pods to release aroma.
  • Then add ingredients into a shaker and add ice and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds to chill and mix well.
  • Then double strain into a chilled coupe glass to remove the cardamom particles and any ice shards.
Garnish: Dried thyme sprig

5. Goan Pa'Lante

Ingredients
Kokum Infused Tequila60ml
Curry leaves2-3
Saline Solution2-3 drops
Method: 
  • Place a few fresh curry leaves into the base of a Boston shaker. Pour in the measured amount of tequila along with a few drops of saline solution.
  • Gently muddle the mixture to release the aromatic oils from the curry leaves and infuse the tequila with their unique, savory essence.
  • Fill the shaker with a generous amount of ice cubes to chill the mixture.
  • Pour in a measured amount of soda water, which adds a light sparkle and lifts the herbal notes.
  • Secure the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10–12 seconds to combine the ingredients and fully chill the drink.
  • Strain the cocktail into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish: Place a fresh wedge of grapefruit on the rim of the glass or gently drop it into the drink. The bright citrus aroma complements the earthy curry leaves and balances the boldness of the tequila.

Tip: Avoid over-muddling to prevent bitterness.
