Blanco tequila | 1 1/2 ounces |
Grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) | 1/2-ounce |
Lime juice (freshly squeezed) | 3/4-ounce |
Simple syrup | 3/4 ounce |
Campari | 1/4 ounce |
Grapefruit peel | To garnish |
Method:- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until well-chilled.
- Fine-strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

Sweet and Sour mix | 15 ml |
Bitter gourd and fennel shrub | 25 ml |
Red wine reduction | 15 ml |
Tonic water | Top up |
Garnish: | Dried Pear |
Method:- Add sweet and sour mix to a tall glass.
- Pour bitter gourd and fennel shrub to the glass and mix it properly. Add Vodka to it. Add ice.
- Top it up with tonic water.
- Pour red wine reduction and make a layer in the top.
- Garnish with dried pear. Serve.

Method:- Wash and prepare all the ingredients.
- Add the apple, orange, beetroot, and carrot to a juicer or high-speed blender.
- If using a blender, add a little water and strain through a fine mesh or nut milk bag for a smooth consistency.
- Stir in ginger or turmeric and lemon juice, if using.
- Serve immediately over ice or chilled, and enjoy the wellness boost.
- Tip : This juice is best enjoyed fresh to retain its maximum nutrient value. Add a dash of black pepper if you're using turmeric—it enhances absorption of curcumin, the active compound in turmeric.

Method:- Rim the glass: Begin by rimming a chilled rocks glass with Tajín salt. Set aside.
- Muddle: In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the fresh jalapeño slices to release their heat and flavor.
- Build the cocktail: Add vodka, jalapeño brine, pineapple juice, and passion fruit purée to the shaker.
- Shake: Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-12 seconds to chill and combine.
- Strain and serve: Double strain the mixture into the prepared Tajín-rimmed glass over fresh ice.

Method- Infuse vodka with fresh rose petals and peeled lychees for 24 hours to extract floral and fruity notes.
- After 24 hours, strain the infused vodka to remove solids.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the infused vodka with rose syrup, rose water, and fresh lime juice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well to chill and blend the flavors.
- Strain the mixture into a serving glass.
