Actor Venkatesh and director Anil Ravipudi will work together once more, this time for a special part in Megastar Chiranjeevi's next film, which is scheduled for a big Sankranthi release in 2026.
The actor continues his successful run with yet another intriguing project after delivering the biggest blockbuster of his career with Sankranthiki Vastunnam.
According to Telugu 360, Venkatesh has set aside nearly a month for Anil Ravipudi and Chiranjeevi's movie, suggesting a substantial role that significantly enhances the story.
According to sources cited by the publication, Venkatesh has reportedly signed on after Anil Ravipudi personally approached him about a significant role in the film. Before embarking on another eagerly awaited project—his film with director Trivikram, which is scheduled to start production later this year—he is anticipated to finish his parts in July.
Additionally, there will soon be an official announcement regarding the Trivikram-Venkatesh project.
Having collaborated on the blockbusters F2, F3, and Sankranthiki Vastunnam, Venkatesh and Anil Ravipudi have a demonstrated track record. Telugu audiences have always responded well to their combination, and this new partnership is sure to raise the bar even further, especially with Chiranjeevi involved.
Fans are already buzzing about his appearance alongside Chiranjeevi, making this one of the most anticipated Telugu movies of 2026. With Anil Ravipudi at the helm and two seasoned stars sharing screen time, anticipation for this Sankranthi spectacle is extremely high.
Meanwhile, Venkatesh's latest release, Rana Naidu season 2 is streaming on Netflix. The veteran actor is seen alongside nephew and actor Rana Daggubati, reprising the roles of father-son Naga Naidu and Rana Naidu. Actor Arjun Rampal joins the cast in season 2 as the main antagonist.
