Maddock Film is collaborating with Prime Video, and its highly anticipated upcoming movies will stream on the platform. The social media handle of the streaming platform has announced the collaboration with some exciting projects.
The Instagram handle of Prime Video and Maddock Film shared a joint announcement post with the caption, “iss dosti ka ek usool hai, only blockbuster stories together (This friendship has a principle, only blockbuster stories together).”
The post continued, “#Thama #ParamSundari #Shiddat2 #Badlapur2 #Ikkis #MoreToCome. coming to you post-theatrical release.”
Maddock's upcoming movies from the horror-comedy universe that will debut in theatres between 2025 and 2027 will only be available on Prime Video.
Thama is one of the two upcoming titles in this franchise. In addition to being one of the biggest streaming hits worldwide, Stree 2, the final big-budget movie from Maddock's horror-comedy universe, helped Prime Video build a devoted following long after it came out.
The slate will also include the highly anticipated Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor starrer Param Sundari, which is slated to hit the theatres on August 29. Meanwhile, Shiddat 2 and Badlapur 2 are also part of the deal and will premiere on Prime Video. Sriram Raghavan's directorial film Ikkis, which will feature Agastya Nanda, is also a part of the broader licensing collaboration.

Continuing the longstanding collaboration with the highly successful international blockbusters to the service, they have previously bring blockbusters including Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, Stree 2, and many more, as well as the wildly popular co-production Bhool Chuk Maaf, which debuted in theaters before being available on Prime Video, and the original series Jee Karda, the partnership strengthens Prime Video's longstanding relationship with Maddock Films.
