Succession star Nicholas Braun has pleaded not guilty to a DUI charge, nearly two weeks after he was arrested in New Hampshire on suspicion of driving under the influence.
The 37-year-old actor, best known for his role as the awkward yet lovable Greg Hirsch on HBO’s Emmy-winning drama, entered his plea on Sept. 12. According to court documents, Braun is also facing a violation for operating a vehicle without lights. His arraignment, initially set for Sept. 16, was canceled after the plea.
Bail Conditions and Trial TimelineAs part of his bail conditions, Nicholas has been ordered to stay away from alcohol and narcotics. The order, filed after his Aug. 30 arrest, states he must refrain from “any use of alcohol, and use of any narcotic drug or controlled substance,” as reported by People.
Police said Nicholas was stopped at 11:15 p.m. by Moultonborough Police and taken into custody for “DUI-impairment.” He was later released from Carroll County jail on his own recognizance, without bail.
