Shreyas Talpade praised Indian Army

Bollywood actor and filmmaker Shreyas Talpade, who is gearing up for his upcoming film Kapkapiii, has recently expressed gratitude towards the Indian army following Operation Sindoor. The actor praised the army’s bravery and rooted for them.

The actor took to his Instagram and wrote, “Today... as always...l pray for the brave hearts fighting for us - so that we can sleep peacefully at night, go to work as usual, and be with our families.”

The actor received support from his followers in the comment section for reacting to the ongoing situation between India and Pakistan.

On the work front, the actor will next be seen in the remake of Malayalam horror-comedy Romancham. Directed by late Sangeeth Sivan, Kapkapiii also stars Tusshar Kapoor and Siddhi Idnani in the pivotal roles.

The makers have created a buzz among the fans with the release of the fun-jammed trailer. The teaser features a mix of horror elements and slapstick humour, with the tagline, Aatma Ji Darshan Do Na, setting the tone for the film’s quirky and eerie vibe.

The upcoming film is against a backdrop of supernatural mischief and follows a group of friends who unwittingly unleash paranormal activity after experimenting with a Ouija board. The film is scheduled for theatrical release on May 23, 2025.

Shreyas Talpade is also expected to star in Welcome To The Jungle, Housefull 5 and Golmaal 5.
