Sharvari celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi with family

Ganesh Chaturthi has always been a festival close to the heart for actress Sharvari, and this year she made sure to share her joy with fans. Taking to Instagram, she posted a carousel of pictures that captured tradition, family and a sprinkle of fun.

In the first image, Sharvari is seen glowing in a pastel-hued saree, posing alongside her sister. Another frame captures a tender family moment with her mother and sister, all three draped in elegant sarees, radiating grace and warmth.

Adding a playful touch to the festive album, she also shared a photo of a plate of modaks placed near her Dalmatian — the curious pup clearly tempted by the sweet treats.

For many, it was refreshing to see a rising Bollywood star celebrating in such a down-to-earth way, reminding everyone that even amidst the glamour of cinema, home and culture remain at the centre.

Sharvari’s journey in Bollywood has been an interesting one. She debuted in Kabir Khan’s web series The Forgotten Army (2020) alongside Sunny Kaushal.

Her big-screen debut with Bunty Aur Babli 2 (2021) may not have set the box office alight, but 2024 proved to be her breakthrough year. She stole the spotlight with a viral dance number in Munjya, showcased her acting chops in Maharaj, and followed it up with Vedaa.

Now, her calendar is packed with big-ticket projects. She is set to share screen space with Alia Bhatt in Alpha, a film that will place her in a larger cinematic universe.

Soon after, she will be seen with Diljit Dosanjh and Vedang Raina in Imtiaz Ali’s period romance, marking yet another exciting turn in her career.
