Sakshi Tanwar joins at mermaid-themed Pranitaa Pandit’s daughter’s party with daughter Dityaa

Actress Sakshi Tanwar was recently seen attending the birthday party of actor Pranitaa Pandit’s daughter accompanied by her own little one, Dityaa.

The celebration made waves online as the party had a charming mermaid movie theme — complete with a beautiful décor and snow slides that delighted kids and adults alike.

Sakshi looked relaxed yet stylish, as she was dressed in a dark blue top and jeans matching with a black sling bag worn cross-body. What really caught attention, though, was how fully she threw herself into the festivities — from joining her daughter on the snow slide to happily posing with friends, she was every bit the hands-on mum enjoying a special day out.

For those who may not know, Sakshi adopted Dityaa in 2018 when the little girl was just nine months old. Since then, the actress has openly spoken about her journey as a single mother, a role she embraces with quiet strength, love and affection.

In an earlier interview with News18, she talked about what it means to juggle the demands of parenting alongside a career.

"I think all of us are trying to achieve that balance, which is the biggest challenge women face because of society's expectations and our own dreams and aspirations. In the middle of all that is your child - who wants your attention and has his own set of expectations from you," she shared honestly.

Sakshi went on to explain that while her job gives her some flexibility, parenting remains her top priority. "As a parent, you are constantly trying to achieve that balance. Fortunately for me, I am not a typical working mom because my work is not a daily 9-to-5 job... I can manage my time because parenting is a full-time job, and you don't have any excuse for not being there."

She also expressed gratitude for the strong support system around her. "If you have to be there with the child, you've got to be there. I have been lucky that when I was shooting, my family stepped in and was very supportive."

From playing iconic roles like Parvati in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii to powerful performances in Dangal, Mai: A Mother’s Rage, and most recently Sharmajee Ki Beti, Sakshi continues to balance the spotlight with her most cherished role — being Dityaa’s mum.
