Priyanka Chopra likely to reprise her role in Krrish 4, directed by Hrithik Roshan: Report

Recently, during his USA tour, Hrithik shared that he had met Priyanka and Nick Jonas and saw Nick's Broadway show.

Hrithik Roshan is gearing up for Krrish 4. He will also be turning director with the film, taking on the baton from his father and filmmaker Rakesh Roshan. As per latest reports, Priyanka Chopra is set to return as the female lead in the film.

As reported by Pinkvilla, sources revealed that Krrish 4 is set to bring back Priyanka Chopra in the role of Priya. Insiders close to the project shared that Hrithik Roshan and Aditya Chopra have finalised Priyanka as the female lead, highlighting the strong on-screen chemistry and professional rapport between Hrithik and Priyanka from their past collaborations.

The source as cited by Pinkvilla also said, "It was more of a no-brainer for PC to come on board Krrish 4, as the story continues the journey of characters from Koi Mil Gaya to Krrish, Krrish 3, and now the fourth instalment. The actress was bowled over by the vision of Hrithik Roshan to take the franchise forward, and was ecstatic to see him take over the challenges of directing the film."

Hrithik Roshan is actively collaborating with Aditya Chopra and the team of writers to refine the script of Krrish 4. Meanwhile, pre-production is already underway at YRF, with a dedicated team focusing on the film’s extensive VFX needs to bring the superhero saga to life. However, further details about the cast and crew of Krrish 4 is under the wraps.

Recently, during his USA tour, Hrithik shared that he had met Priyanka and Nick Jonas and saw Nick's Broadway show. talking about their reunion at a show in New Jersey, Hrithik said, “Last night I was with Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra. We were watching his Broadway show, which is by the way, brilliant. He is absolutely amazing! Its called the ‘Last Five Years’. If you haven’t seen it, you must see it. And we were chatting. And he told me he is from New Jersey."

Hrithik Roshan is also gearing for the sequel to his action-thriller, War 2, starring alongside Jr. NTR.
