Pakistani actress Sanam Saeed and husband Mohib Mirza become parents to baby boy Vali Hasan

Sanam had earlier announced her pregnancy on Mother’s Day this year with a post on Instagram along with a series of photos of her mother.

Pakistani actor Sanam Saeed and her husband Mohib Mirza recently announced the arrival of their first child, a baby boy.

Sanam Saeed and Mohib Mirza recently took to Instagram to share a heartfelt post announcing the name of their newborn son, Vali Hasan Mirza. However, due to ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan, the post is currently inaccessible in India following a ban on the Instagram accounts of several Pakistani artists.

According to Gloss Editor Maliha Rehman, the couple made the announcement on Friday through a joint Instagram post. They wrote, “With joy and gratitude, we welcome the arrival of our son, Vali Hasan Mirza. 18th of May 2025. With love—Sanam & Mohib.”

As per images.dawn, the caption on the post read, “Our hearts are full. With love, wonder, and the tiniest little fingers — we welcome our son Vali Hasan Mirza into the world surrounded by love. All that is by the will of Allah — there is no power except through Him. Please keep our little one in your duas (prayers).”

Sanam had earlier announced her pregnancy on Mother’s Day this year with a post on Instagram along with a series of photos of her mother. The post read, "Mother's Day. I'll be one very soon, Inshallah, and I pray I'm every bit like her and more. Loving, nurturing, attentive, cool, fierce, fun, impulsive, confident, a lioness. Smart, approachable, supportive, honest, vulnerable, real, forgiving, compassionate. My saviour, my protector, my role model. Happy Mother's Day to every single mama out there."

Sanam Saeed and Mohib Mirza tied the knot in 2021 but chose to announce their marriage publicly two years later. Prior to this, Sanam was married to Karachi-based banker Farhan Hassan, with whom she parted ways in 2015. Meanwhile, Mohib was previously married to Pakistani actress Aamina Sheikh, and the former couple shares a child together.

Sanam Saeed played Kashaf Murtaza in the critically acclaimed Pakistani drama Zindagi Gulzar Hai, alongside Fawad Khan which brought her widespread fame. Among other television dramas, she has received recognition for her roles in Diyar-e-Dil, Talkhiyaan, Kadoorat, Firaaq, Ek Kasak Reh Gayi, Mata-e-Jaan Hai Tu, Deedan, and Kahin Chand Na Sharma Jaye.
