Tahira Kashyap Khurrana's directorial debut 'Sharmajee Ki Beti' to stream on Amazon Prime from June 28

Through the multi-generational lens of three middle-class women and two teenage girls– all sharing the common surname ‘Sharma’, the film delves into their unique experiences and struggles.

Applause Entertainment presents, an Ellipsis Entertainment production, Sharmajee Ki Beti is directed and written by Tahira Kashyap Khurrana.

The new series boasts of a women-led, talented multi-generational cast with Sakshi Tanwar, Divya Dutta, and Saiyami Kher in lead roles.

Sharmajee Ki Beti is set to premiere exclusively on Prime Video in India and over 200 countries and territories worldwide on June 28

Sharmajee Ki Beti is the latest addition to the Prime membership.

A light-hearted and heartwarming movie, Sharmajee Ki Beti explores relevant themes of women’s empowerment and the challenges faced by them.

Through the multi-generational lens of three middle-class women and two teenage girls– all sharing the common surname ‘Sharma’, the film delves into their unique experiences and struggles.
