Shantanu Maheshwari, who previously starred in Netflix's supernatural horror series 'Tooth Pari: When Love Bites' (2023), is set to make his Bengali cinema debut with 'Chaalchitro – The Frame Fatale' by Pratim D. Gupta.

The first-look posters of 'Love in Vietnam,' starring Shantanu Maheshwari and Avneet Kaur, were unveiled at the 77th Cannes Film Festival. This film marks a significant collaboration between the Indian and Vietnamese film industries. Shantanu Maheshwari shared this exciting news on Instagram, expressing his thrill at unveiling the film at such a prestigious event.

Written and directed by Rahhat Shah Kazmi, 'Love in Vietnam' also features Vietnamese actress Kha Ngan. The film represents the first major collaboration between stakeholders from India and Vietnam. It is based on Sabahattin Ali’s 1943 novel 'Madonna in a Fur Coat.' The story follows Raif, a man living a purposeless life until he meets a woman named Maria Puder.

The production team includes Omung Kumar, Rahhat Shah Kazmi, Captain Rahul Bali, and Abhishek Ankur. Co-producers are Tariq Khan, Zeba Sajid, and Samten Hills, with Vikas Sharma as the associate producer. This diverse team brings a wealth of experience and talent to the project, ensuring a high-quality production.



Shantanu Maheshwari was spotted in a chic, all-white ensemble that exuded elegance and sophistication. His outfit consisted of a textured, long-sleeve shirt paired with crisp white trousers. The shirt, detailed with intricate patterns, added a touch of sophistication and uniqueness to his look. Completing his outfit were white formal shoes, which added a polished touch to his overall appearance. At just 22 years old, Avneet is already making a significant impact in the industry. She is also set to headline "Luv Ki Arrange Marriage" opposite Sunny Singh.
