Janhvi Kapoor, Ishaan Khatter and Vishal Jethwa shared a fun video clip from the sets of their film Homebound as they grooved to the latest rendition of the song Bijuriyaa from the film Sunny Sanskari ki Tulsi Kumari.
The trio shared a video in a joint post on Instagram in which they were seen enjoying as they performed the hook step of the popular song sung by Sonu Nigam. the caption read, "Humein laage na nazariya #Bijuria #homebound.”
In the clip, Janhvi, Ishaan and Vishal could be seen showcasing their cool dances moves on the foot-tapping number from Nigam’s 1999 album “Mausam.”
The video begins with filmmaker Neeraj Ghaywan playfully performing a nazar removal ritual on the trio. Following this, Janhvi Kapoor is seen draping a jacket over Ishaan Khatter, who is reclining on a couch, and soon the two break into a spontaneous, playful dance.
Homebound is written and directed by Neeraj Ghaywan, and produced under the banner of Dharma Productions by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra.
Ishaan Khatter, Vishal Jethwa, and Janhvi Kapoor play the lead roles in the movie, which is based on a 2020 New York Times article by Basharat Peer. The plot centres on two childhood friends who are determined to pass the national police exam. They overcome several hurdles during that process and in turn strengthen their bond while pursuing their goals.
In a remarkable feat, the film's world premiere was screened at Un Certain Regard section of the 2025 Cannes Film Festival on May 21, 2025.
Meanwhile, Janhvi will be next seen in Sunny Sanskari ki Tulsi Kumari, alongside Varun Dhawan, Sanya Malhotra and Rohit Saraf. Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the rom com is produced by Dharma Productions and Mentor Disciple Film. It is set to hit the theatres on October 2, 2025.
