BTS are back — this time on the big screen. The global superstars have announced BTS Movie Weeks, a special cinematic event that will bring some of their most iconic concerts to theatres around the world, newly remastered in 4K.

From 24 September to 5 October, fans in more than 65 countries will get the chance to relive BTS’ most unforgettable live performances in over 2,500 cinemas. The line-up features four beloved concert films: 2016 Live 花樣年華 On Stage : Epilogue, BTS 2017 Live Trilogy Episode III The Wings Tour The Final, BTS 2019 World Tour ‘Love Yourself: Speak Yourself’ London, and BTS 2021 Muster Sowoozoo — each upgraded with crystal-clear visuals and 5.1 surround sound for a truly immersive experience.

The schedule is split across two weeks: the 2016 and 2017 concerts first, followed by the 2019 and 2021 shows in week two. To top it off, there’s an all-day marathon on 5 October, screening all four films back-to-back — the ultimate treat for die-hard ARMY. Tickets go on sale 27 August at 9 a.m. ET.

BTS Movie Weeks isn’t just about sitting in a cinema. Fans can also look forward to special offline and online activities designed to connect ARMY around the globe. Trafalgar Releasing CEO Marc Allenby summed up the excitement: “We are proud to bring this unique festival event to cinemas worldwide in partnership with HYBE, celebrating BTS’ legendary live performances. The response to previous BTS theatrical releases has been phenomenal, and we believe the anticipation surrounding the group’s return will create unforgettable moments for fans in cinemas across the globe.”

Each film represents a milestone in BTS’ journey. The 2016 show wrapped up The Most Beautiful Moment in Life series with favourites like Autumn Leaves and Young Forever.

The 2017 concert showcased their explosive rise with Blood Sweat & Tears, DNA, and MIC Drop. Their historic 2019 Wembley performance marked a defining global moment, while the 2021 Muster Sowoozoo celebrated the group’s eighth anniversary alongside ARMY.

Now that all seven members have completed their military service, fans are counting down to BTS’ full-group comeback. In a July livestream, the band revealed their next album is set for release in spring 2025. Until then, BTS Movie Weeks promises to keep the energy alive and bring fans closer to the magic of BTS’ live performances — this time in theatres.
