Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor celebrated his 43rd birthday, receiving a heartfelt tribute from his sister, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, who shared a series of throwback photos on Instagram.

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor is celebrating his 43rd birthday and received a sweet birthday tribute from his beloved sister, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. She has showered love on Ranbir with a series of social media posts.

Riddhima took to her Instagram Story and shared a series of throwback pictures, reflecting on their relationship. She started the tribute with a picture of Ranbir blowing out the candle on a birthday cake.

Riddhima then shared a throwback picture featuring their parents, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh. In the family pic, Ranbir is seen sitting on Rishi Kapoor’s lap while Riddhima sits in the middle of her parents. She penned in the caption, “To the rockstar of our family, Happy birthday Rans Love You.”

She continued the tribute and shared a picture of Ranbir lifting Riddhima. She penned, “Happy Birthday Rans love you! This song brings back so many memories.” She set the picture to Neil Diamond’s song Sweet Caroline.

Ranbir and Riddhima share a strong sibling bond. The duo frequently share pictures and always roots for each other.

For the unversed, Neetu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor formed a strong friendship during filming Zehreela Insaan in 1974 and soon started dating. The couple tied the knot on January 22, 1980, in a lavish Punjabi ceremony at the Golf Course in Chembur, Mumbai, which was described as one of the biggest weddings of the year.

Neetu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor welcomed Riddhima on September 15, 1980 and Ranbir on September 28, 1982.

On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor is gearing up for his highly anticipated film, Ramayana. He will portray Lord Rama in Nitesh Tiwari’s epic saga. The highly anticipated film also stars Sai Pallavi as Sita, Yash as Raavan, and Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman. The film is already in production in Mumbai.
