Samantha Ruth Prabhu ushered in Diwali this year with warmth, style, and a touch of speculation. Fans couldn’t help but notice her festive pictures featuring filmmaker Raj Nidimoru, co-director of The Family Man. The duo, who have been the subject of dating rumours for months, appeared together in Samantha’s Diwali photo dump that fueled talks that their bond is indeed blossoming beyond friendship.

Taking to Instagram, Samantha shared a series of stunning photos capturing her festive celebrations. Dressed in a graceful green ethnic outfit, the Citadel: Honey Bunny actress looked radiant. Among the pictures, one that stood out was Samantha posing alongside Raj Nidimoru, who sported a vibrant blue kurta. The two looked happy and relaxed, soaking in the festive spirit together.

Samantha kept her caption simple, “Filled with gratitude.” The rest of the pictures showed the actress performing traditional rituals, lighting diyas, and playing with sparklers.

Fans were quick to react, flooding the comments with heart emojis and warm wishes. Some playfully noted that Samantha might be “soft-launching” her relationship with the filmmaker. Despite the growing buzz, both Samantha and Raj have chosen to remain silent on the matter.

This comes shortly after Samantha spoke candidly about her openness regarding her personal life, including her much-publicised separation from Naga Chaitanya. In an earlier interview, she admitted that being true to herself and living authentically made her vulnerable to trolling and judgment, but she continues to prefer honesty over concealment.

Reports also hint that Samantha might be in talks for Vetrimaaran’s next directorial, Arasan, opposite Silambarasan TR. No official confirmation has been made yet.
