Kartik Aaryan has just made a calculated professional move as he has officially parted ways with his long-time management team, Collective Artists Network (CAN).
According to Exchange4Media, he has signed a new deal with Dharma Cornerstone Agency (DCA) which is the talent powerhouse co-founded by Karan Johar and Rajeev Masand. This marks a significant strategic shift for Kartik as he enters an ambitious new phase in his career.
With DCA, which represents over 200 talents across film, music, and digital, Kartik ill get access to premium endorsements, cross-platform collaborations, and a finely tuned PR ecosystem. With this alliance, Kartik is expected to bolster both his box-office positioning and personal brand visibility.
Coming off his recent successes and with a high-stakes 2026 slate, Kartik’s decision signals a conscious effort to expand beyond conventional stardom into a more globalised, multidimensional presence.
Kartik Aaryan's upcoming lineup already looks promising with Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri opposite Ananya Panday, the supernatural thriller Naagzilla releasing on August 14, 2026, and a romantic drama with director Anurag Basu, co-starring Sreeleela.
The switch is also seen as Kartik's symbolic reconciliation with the Dharma circle. Industry chatter over the years hinted at tension between Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar, especially after the actor’s reported exit from a KJo’s project.
Although his spokesperson clarified it was a “misunderstanding” between FICCI and NFDC, the incident briefly dented his otherwise spotless image.
However, according to Exchange4Media, industry insiders emphasise that the agency shift is not reactionary but a strategic step to refine his brand narrative, enhance media visibility, and strengthen his footprint across films, endorsements, and audience engagement.
